Health issue.

So before anyone jumps and says, go to the er, I can't. I will be there till 6 in the morning at least, and I have to take a plane ride with my 9 month old daughter tomorrow. So hospital is out of the question right now. But I had an episode today. Me and my husband had a date night. Dropped my daughter off with some trusted friends. Went to a movie ate some popcorn, came home and did the deed. Lol sorry. Well I went outside to smoke a cigarette. Started feeling very sick. Figured the nausea would pass. Left to go pick up my daughter and I started to get very hot, nausea was getting so much worse. Started getting very very tired. Had to have my husband pull over because I started vomiting. Then this is the weird part. I was already losing feeling in my hands. Once we pulled over, and I had thrown up, I could not close my hand or even put them down. My whole body got very tense. My stomach still hurts after 2 hours. I still feel weak, but not as bad. I'm thinking maybe my blood sugar levels dropped, or food poisoning? I've never had food poisoning before. So I don't know what it feels like. I have had my blood sugar levels drop suddenly before, but never ever anything like this. I know I will be fine tomorrow, so question is, anyone else go through this? What was the diagnose? I will be seeing a doctor where I'm going but I'm just curious.
