Just need to vent/advice

My Husband & I have been trying (7 months) since he came home from his final military leave. All we want is a our own family! We're financially stable & ready for this step but nothing we do seems to work. Lately at a doctors appt my dr thought there was a possibility I had PCOS thankfully I didn't ----> (TMI) ----> not long ago though we found some knots I guess you could call them on one of my Husbands testicles he says he isn't experiencing any pain & he's going to the doctor to get it checked to prove there's "nothing" wrong but I can't help but worry that is the reason we haven't succeeded yet. Anybody elea husband experience anything like this?! I hope it's nothing & I'm just being dramatic.
