I'm tired and sad
AF came this morning.. My temperature had stayed up for so many days, then suddenly dropped and here I am. I feel defeated. I did everything I could last cycle - covered all my bases. I had such a good feeling about it.. I let myself have hope and now I'm here again. As I was crying in bed I came across this, it helped a little so I thought I'd share. I pray we all reach our goal and until then I pray for strength xx
