Joys of Havin kidney disease and ttc :(

So after spending yesterday and day before with painfull cramp I mistook what I thought was ovulation again turned out to be a serious kidney infection :( If ttc wasn't hard enough having constant kidney infections due to my kidney disease makes it so much harder :( Been advised by doctor to stay away from intercourse for 2weeks doesn't he understand I need to catch my ov window lol
