Are we BD enough to get BFP?

So just now I went to see my doctor as my appointment date is today. I did   UPT at clinic and its come back BFN. As usual BFN. I did feel that I will get BFN. Then my doctor said come again next week if still BFN he will give me prescription for my AF to come. I feel so confused with my body. Now i also have nauseous, fatigue and sore boobs but no discharge. Just dry. Right now I just want my AF to come or get BFP. Here you see am I BD enough to get BFP? Just curious :(​​
