Low sperm count???

Question

My husband did a home test last night and the test returned a "low" sperm count result.

​Devastated .... Is there anything we should do other than now BD every other day in fertile window?
​
​Is BD day of ovulation or day before ovulation best?

My dh has low sperm count and we got preggers !! Don't stress !! It'll be ok guys ?

Best to BD every other day. Day bevore O day is the best one. Don't count to much in just ONE sperm test.... Quantity and mobility and mortility can change a lot! Maybe see a Dr. Your DH should take prenatals for men, try to wear cotton pants... Not overheat and NOT have a mobile in his pocket!!! Good luck!

Where do u get a home sperm test from ?

My husband has a low sperm count. He had a test through the doctor's office though. The doctor told us to bd every other day. His motility was fine I guess. He is taking all kinds of supplements and hopefully that works and we quit drinking as well. Good luck!
