Help me please!!!

Hiya all I'm so confused ? I have two apps one said I was due on today glow says tommorow.. Throughout tracking my periods.. I have always been early.. However I've noticed a thick clumpy discharge kind of like wet tissue it has no smell and I have no itching etc.. I brought canneston and took it now read that you can't take if your preg? I have no preg signs though.. Could the discharge delay my AF? Xx
