Preg test dream?!?!?

This is twice this month I've had a dream where I took preg tests& they were positive. Could this mean anything or my mind just playing with me?

I agree with gunce , two YEARS before finding out I was expecting I had a dream about me carrying a carseat with a Red cover with a little boy in it . I ignored it because I had just had a little pregnancy scare I was young and not ready for a baby .. Then right before I had my son last July a woman at my church bought me a car set with a red cover .. I also had a dream about water / and fish right before I found out and a lot of women report dreams like theses before bfp ..
