Irregular stools & hemorrhoids

Im 24 & have 3 little girls. Ever since my first baby ive had trouble going bathroom. But i really think after my 3rd one it got worse. I can go 3-4 days without a a stool passing even though i do feel i have to go i just cant do it once im on toilet. Its very frustrating & painful because when i am able to use it, i bleed & get hemorrhoids. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal?
