Since AF 7 days ago my average bbt has risen 0.3 degrees in comparison to all my other charts. Usually my bbt is 96.8 but this month it's been 97.1 just enought to make me unconfortable hot all night (I am super sensitive to changes like this). Anyone have any insight??
