Duphaston affects pregnancy ?

Hey girls, 
​I have PCOS, doctor advised duphaston every month to induce periods. Now it's pretty regular (using duphaston). Despite trying every month; I have not been able to conceive yet. Is duphaston hindering my capability to conceive? Or it's good ?

I take duphaston. I don't know for sure but I've heard that you should start progesterone after O because it could mess it up. My doctor said that if I get pregnant it can only help you keep pregnency. I was taking them form 18 till 28 DC and now this month I'm starting from 15 till 25 DC. So we'll see.
