Confused by this cycle, any advice appreciated!

Hi guys,

I am 7-8dpo based on positive opk and bbt. Last night I had brown spotting, and today a full flow of red. Looks like AF. I am not due for almost 2 more weeks, my bbt are consistently high, and I don't have my usual period cramps. I am so confused! I do have long and irregular cycles (this one is already 44 days) so maybe it's just irregular AF? I am posting my chart, let me know what you guys think.
