Is it normal to feel weird after ovulation ?

My boyfriend and I haven't used the withdrawal method anything my whole week of ovulation . Now that it's over I'm wondering if it's normal for me to wake up feeling sick with constant headaches from when I wake up and when I go to sleep . I know it's too early to detect pregnancy but what am I feeling ?
