HCG levels

Bethany • Married to my best friend and have an amazing baby boy after beating cancer and almost two year wait of TTC
Just had my levels re-checked today. Friday at 3weeks 6 days pregnant they were 54.5. Today they were 387. This is my first and I've tried a long time for this miracle so I'm so nervous. What has everyone's levels been at 4 weeks 3 days?
