Advice please?

I had glow tell me it was my ovulation day, I had some twinges of pain where my left overy would be, but later spread across my whole lower stomach. It was so bad that I would double over. Went away about 2 hours from the first bit of pain. Is this normal? I've never experienced this before... Thank you for your time and you're advice for those of you willing to reply.
