Cervical positions.  I'm still trying to learn it.  I never felt my cervix before lol

What cm is and how it changes throughout the cycle, how the cervix changes, how your bbt rises after ovulation, what hormones are in play in different times if the cycle. I can't believe I didn't know any of this before! Why aren't they teaching us these things as young girls? By "they" I mean schools and parents both!

the actual percentages in relation to the probability of conceiving on particular day during your fertile window. to me this is what sets Glow apart from any other TTC app out there. love it!

The differences in cervical mucus! I never really gave it that much thought before and probably learned it at some point so knowing to take that into consideration when TTC was a new perspective and also the position of your cervix!

How long it takes for your body to regulate itself after having a baby . Especially while breast feeding . I had no idea it's take as long as it did to start my cycle again (or how happy I'd be ) I went the longest time feeling like something was wrong with me because I'd get ovulation pains but then would see no sign of AF . One thing the lactation consultant failed to mention is that breast feeding will delay your menstural cycle . Now that I'm aware if this I'm just waiting on weaning my LO and learning my body better :)
