TMI QUESTION, HELP!!

Last Tuesday Wednesday I took an ovulation test and it clearly showed my LH surge, this morning I checked my CM and it's got some egg white consistency too it. What does this mean??? I was on a pill induced period from provera so I couldn't check my CM but I called my dr after I got the positive opk test and she said I ovulated. So why am I having fertile CM now? Up until today it's been really wet and creamy
