What is this ?

Assuming I'm not pregnant... Considering I had a negative test after the strange spotting that I guess was just AF . I'm having really slippery watery cm (not EWCM ) just really watery , And a lot of it . Is that an indication of ovulation (it feels and looks like preseed ) sorry I know a weird way to describe it . I've had this for several days but I'm not actually supposed to be in my fertile window until next week . Any insight will be helpful :))
