Ovulation? (Tmi, chart pic)

I'm CD 29, today's bbt was 95.16, the lowest I've ever had, and yesterday and today I've CM that's been really wet, like when AF first starts and your like oh okay then, and it's been clear and sticky/stringy, is this ovulation? I ran out of ovulation tests and have to order some ( totally forgot :O ) this is my first month TTC after coming off BCP April 22nd, had withdrawal bleed for 4 days (23-26) and no period yet.​​
