Advice , ttc related

Ok so a had a a miscarriage 12 weeks ago and Emotinally a feel up ready x my period is due in Sunday so that will be my third af and everything back to normal now x so next cycle a wanted to try again but not sure if I should wait as we are in the middle of selling our flat and house hunting AND don't want to put any added stress on top of ttc but a really don't want to wait !!!!
