Miscarriage question.

I miscarried at what the doctors call "4weeks" because that was the day of my last period... But I had only conceived two weeks prior, my miscarriage bleeding was like a normal period, just less heavy. My hcg is back to <1 as of Monday May 19th. I've been taking opk's and I haven't gotten a positive yet, but the lines are slightly showing, my fertile week is supposed to be this week, and while the first two days of my "period" didn't show up, the bleeding stopped the day my period was supposed to, what do you ladies think? My midwife said I can resume sexual activity, do you think that I can conceive again this month? I'm sorry if this is annoying, I just really want my family.
