36 day cycles?

Anyone else have super long cycles? After being on BC for 6 years (nuvaring mostly and pill) my cycles are annoyingly long. What days do you ladies O?

I just got off nuvaring in Janurary abs mg cycles are all over the place. They are steadily growing each month. I've been 30,26,34,37. Finally got af early this morning! So frustrating!

At a 36 day cycle you should O around cyclus day 22. Do you chart with BBT and OPK? Your body needs time up to 1 year to readjust his hormones. So be patient. How long are you off Bc? Good luck!
