Off BC and haven't had a normal period
I recently got off Birth Control and my period lasted one day/ but not even fully bleeding- just spotting. It never really came for more than one to two days of spotting. Is this normal? I took a pregnancy test and not pregnant, but not sure how to track my cycle now.
