Early AF or just because sex was too rough? (TMI)

So last night me and DH BD'd and this  morning I was bleeding. It was red and it's not a lot but it's a decent amount and it's mixed with CM could this be an early AF cause I was spotting a little bit Monday and Tuesday. Or is it just because the Sex could of been too rough.
