Info on VBAC please!

I was induced with my daughter two days before my due date so my family could be there, I dilated to 2cm but she was sunny side up?! & couldn't open my curvix any further so I had a c-section, no complications, can I have a VBAC? Can I have an epidural? (I'm not pregnant currently I don't think just wanna get some info to determine if I even have another I can handle another c-section)
