Something's going on...NEED HELP!!

Hey guys...I'm currently 9-10 DPO...with AF scheduled to show up on 6/1/14...today I started having pink spotting when I wiped today... My breasts are extremely sore and heavy, I'm having mild cramping and back pain, and I've been having nausea spells all day long... I suffer from endo... Can anyone tell me what's going on?
