No birth control talk

So I just had a confirmed miscarriage on 5/18 and I just got off of implanon in April. I didn't want to take birth control not only because me and my bf wanted to try to have a baby but because I was getting infections. I started getting pelvic infections and I know that they can cause infertility so I want to be birth control free but I am scared now of falling prego again because I do not want to have another miscarriage but I also feel like I will never be able to have a baby because pelvic infections and uti's can cause miscarriages according to my dr.  He wants me to start birth control but I really just want to be normal and have my body do it's own thing. I have been on implanon for 5 years and I feel as if birth control that strong can be potent to my body because I'm prone to infections. I know the pull out method isn't very affective for birth control and condomns are out of the question does anyone know if there is a birth control that May not cause infections as the implanon did. Please help !!!!
