Young mamas ?

Question

How many of you are young parents , or had your kids at a young age ?  
​I got pregnant with my LO at 17 , I had him at 18 .. And now me and my husband are TTC baby number two . I can't speak for others , but I know for my husband and myself our lives are COMPLETLEY different then most 19 year olds . We feel 35 ! Personally I love being a stay at home mama  and a wife . I learn something new everyday . I never imagined that at 19 that I would be married , and dancing around the kitchen while cooking to try an make my happy little boy laugh ! All though it does it hectic sometimes I consider myself very blessed that god has given me such a beautiful life ! How did some of your lives change when you became parents ?

I'm 16 years young and I'm 5weeks pregnant

I got pregnant right before I turned 16 and had my son when I was 16. He is now 11 weeks old.

I got pregnant at 19 lost the baby. Now I'm 20 TTC for baby 1

I got pregnant at 13 years old and actually had doctors advice as well as avice from a few social workers who suggested I aborted the baby as I had a high risk of the baby being taken away from me when born and me being taken away from my mother, I was so young I barely understood but now I'm 18 and understand what I went through it truly breaks my heart and I feel like such an awful person having to live with that. No I'm desperately ttc and no luck! It's my 12th month and I'm beginning to feel like it's karma! So disheartening but the support on here is fab!

got married at 18 pregnant the same year. now I am 20 with an almost one year old and ttc. I don't feel 20 I feel 30 or even old at times but love my life.

I got pregnant with first child at 16 and had him at 17. Then I got pregnant again with my second son 20 and had him at 21. Then I got pregnant with twins at 24 had her at 25. I lost her twin at 16weeks.

I got pregnant at 19 had my daughter when i was 20 got married right after i found out. Even though at first i had a rough time because i was very inmature my daugthter has helped me undertand everything little by little. I can say i have a wonderful husband and a beautiful daughter  :)

Right now I'm having a difficult time with my pregnancy because it was unplanned and even though I'm 22 I feel like people look down because I'm young but in reality I'm not too young to have my first baby. I also just got a brand new full time job and I have to figure out how to tell my boss when the time comes. I'm only 5ish weeks along and my fiance is starting med school in a year after hi grad program. Not going to lie I'm really scared even though I'm not a young mom

I got pregnant when I was 16, had her when I was 17.  Her father was 19.  I got super lucky and was blessed with a wonderful father for her. He is very involved, we are no longer together, we spilt up when she was 6 months old, having a child so young put a strain on us.

​I am now with a new wonderful man, and will be 21 in September and he turns 24 this month, and we are having a baby together, due 1/9/15.

​Having a baby young isn't ideal for every one, but for some of us it works in our favor. I wouldn't have finished school, or even be alive if it wasn't for her. She is a true blessing and my life isn't ruined because I have a child. I couldn't imagine not being a mom. It's  scary but your child is worth it.

I was 14 when I got pregnant. 15 when I birthed her. I don't regret my child but I do regret having one so early. I had to grow up fast.
