Blood during intercourse?

Im 21 and recently started having sex for the first time, but he can never really put it in me because it hurts, so we've only done it with the head of his penis... And at soon as it comes in I start bleeding it's been four times and the last something that looked like a blood clot came out... It was pretty solid.
