question--ovulation testing kits

On our 4th month of clomid, last couple of months I used the standard ovulation kits with some positive lines but no luck. This month I upscaled and purchased Clear blue easy digital ovulation kits. love them however..... I'm confused. here is why...

last tuesday- just a circle--meaning nothing is happening

last wed---flashy smile face----meaning high time

last thur---flashy smile face

last fri----flashy smile face

last sat----flashy smile face

last sun----flashy smile face

yesterday---still a flashy smile face

today-----still a flashy smile face

according to the insert it should flash on high days then on peak days go to a solid smile face..... see why I'm confused! Help! ideas?
