Need advice on Pre-Seed

Hello everyone. I am new here. My DH and I have been ttc for a year and four months. We weren't tracking anything for a year. Then started tracking. This is month four and we want to try Pre-Seed. I don't have enough cm to keep the sperm alive. Anyone have any luck with Pre-Seed? How long does it take? Any advice is appreciated.
