Gums swollen?

I've only just noticed, but one of my gums are very swollen. It's only one gum though. My gums have bled a lot when I brush my teeth and I notice I get plaque a lot more then normal. (I never get any of this stuff usually) other things I have felt but not really taken notice of until now are feeling like I am going to vomit but this has only been occurring at night time, this has happened the last 4 days, I have had heart burn and also have felt a pulling kind of pain in my right side of lower stomach. And really bad headaches. Don't want to over think anything at this point because last month I had a chemical pregnancy and am still upset.. Anyone had any similar things happen to them? Period is due at the moment.. Might take a test tomorrow .
