Healthy eating habits! Getting married in August
Ok so I'm getting married in August and I would like to try and lose a few pounds before my final fitting for my dress. I am 5'6" 210 pounds, I carry most of my weight in my lower stomach, thighs and my chest. I never struggled with my weight before always weighed 175-180 but after meeting my fiance and getting too comfortable with him I put on like 50-60 pounds in no time and now it's not leaving. I can admit I eat terribly but I work out I know it doesn't make much sense and I'm wondering if there's any ladies that have some healthy snack or anytime meal ideas?
