Advice Needed!!

My hubby and I have been TTC for 2 years. I started Clomid 2 months ago..the first month nothing and finished taking the 2nd time the end of April. I took some medicine AZO for UTI on May 22, took a pregnancy test on May 23 which was negative. I was suppose to start my period on May 25 and still today...nothing so I haven't started my period for the month of May. About a week or two ago, I was having bad cramps in both ovaries which I've never felt before. I am going to take another test on May 31. Do y'all think that when I took the test on the 23rd was just too early or what? TIA!!!
