Starting Morning sickness- perhaps?

So if be around 1week or two and I feel like I'm pregnant, I really feel it idk why but something in my heart is telling me I'm pregnant. I'm starting to feel nauseous, today I slept till 2 in the afternoon and it's 9:10 now and I'm struggling to stay awake.. My Breast look to be getting bigger and they're tender, any moms out there that I can talk to?? Did you automatically feel it in your heart you're pregnant?
