Cramps only 4 weeks help!!!!

Hi girls ! I had my first doctors appointment yesterday and it went great my due date is feb 5th :) I'm so happy .... But I had previously had a miscarriage back 4 months ago so I'm deathly afraid of these period type cramps I'm having seems like they subside when I drink a lot of water doctor says they are normal but they are just so scary because idk what's going on :( is anyone else having these ????
