Really confused! Please help!!!

This is my first month charting bbt consistanly and according to my readings after a slight dip in temp then a sharp rise means that ovulation has taken place?! I think?! But according to opk I haven't ovulated yet. So what do follow in this situation the temps or the opk? I'm soooo confused
