Help! <Graphic images>caution! Graphic

Hello i would love if someone helped me okay this images might be graphic but i need an opinion if someone has gone thru the same thing as me. First of all my period was almost 4 Days late i got it and at first it was light pink watery blood and then when i came back to the bath it was bright red and i had clots and a tiny chunks of brown something with the blood and clots? what was that also im bleeding really heavy also for the last week ive been nauseous, with a headache i have been really tired and with lower back pain. Yesterday i was peeing alot and it was all clots. clots & blood and the brown things. But im still heavy bleeding. Here at the pictures, has someone presented this same symptoms and situation? Im thinking of going to my doct but i want to make sure if its something wrong or its nothing to be worried about.​​​​​​
