SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) ladies who's with me !?

Hey guys I'm on cd5 and starting the sperm meets egg plan! I've read the book and reviews and have heard lots of success stories. This is our first month ttc I also bought some preseed and taking prenatals.

I forgot to add I'm starting mucinex on cd 8 as well. I have a 29 day cycle. I've done a lot of research and mucinex seems to work well, or robitussin. Can't wait to see! I'm very optimistic

What is the smep plan? Never heard of it lol

I'm trying the SMEP this month and bought preseed as well I'm on cd 10 and starting todayi have a long at least 32 day cycle. Fingers crossed!!
