Implantation dip??

I know its 50-50 with the dip cuz non preg women have it to cuz i did last month and wanst preg but maybe this time? I have started feelin alittle pressure by my uterus and have been battling severe back pain due to an unknown cause soo idk please help i am 7dpo!!​
