Finally starting to feel better... In a way
After months of falling in and out of mini depression states after loosing my little angle I'm startIng to feel better and get back to normal. I'm getting out and exercising already lost 8 pounds in the first week so happy to start to get healthy, I'm starting to go out more with friends and family doing more little mini vacations with the fiancé. And while I'm starting to be better I kind of feel guilty for starting to feel better. Is this normal or am I nutts?
