I think I have an ovarian cyst

my af started today and im super tender on my left side. I pushed down right over my ovary and omg! I only have one ovary and tube because I used to get them so bad on my right side when I was younger. what's odd is that im slightly happy about it because it means my ovary is doing what it should. I have high fsh and low amh, so to me it says my supplements are working, right? it could also explain why I had 3 days of positive opks last time.
