Ladies please help!! :(

I woke up to someone knocking on my door so I rushed up and it was some guy wanting to sort the electrics in my house. He was in and out for about half an hour and then when he left I realised I hadn't taken my bbt! I have been dead set on taking my bbt everyday for this cycle as I really want to maximise my chances of conceiving as this is my 12th month ttc. I went and took my temp after he had left and it was 97.80. My temps have been sitting roughly around 97.5 ish , so 97.80 is pretty high. What do I do? Is there any way I can calculate my temp? I'm so disappointed :(
