I have done T25 & got awesome results! Super fun, a good workout & only 25 minutes!! You should definitely try it!

I do it and I love it! I think it's harder than insanity! I do it along with my lifting schedule, so I don't follow it exactly as the calendar suggests, but it's the perfect cardio for me!
