I'm a vegetarian so the whole less meat I've got covered! I still eat cheese and other dairy products no eggs no meat. I'm curious what foods are good to eat for fertility. I have a three year old son so this would be baby #2.

I've read a lot about vegetables and fruits. Always organic if you can and at room temperature not cold. Try lentils and beans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and just keeping healthy altogether. Limiting or cutting out junk food, fried food, processed food, sugar, coffee, and alcohol. This information is from lots of literature and my accupucturist.
