IUI PLEASE HELP!

When did people doing iuis decide it was time to do it? My hubby and I weren't taking any precautions for two years to get pregnant. (No condoms, no bc, and no pulling out) and now we have been actively trying for 11 months. We both got checked and they told me I was okay except for a slightly tilted uterus and then they told my hubby his sperm motility was 5% lower than average. Is it time for us to starting thinking about doing it? Please help.
