Finally starting IVF after 4+ years TTC

After a pretty bad ectopic pregnancy ending at the end of March, we're finally starting IVF now. I've been on birth control since May 30 and will start Lupron on June 10. I've read a lot of posts here on IVF but it sounds like a lot of the ladies are not in the US. I'm in LA and doing IVF with the famous Dr. Richard Paulson of USC. If anyone is interested in my progress/experience, I'll post updates here.
