Clomid & LH Surges

Hi ladies...

​My first post! I've been googling all over but can't really find any sufficient info to assist. So perhaps someone could help?

​This is my first time trying Clomid, and from what I can gather Clomid can mess with LH surges. The thing is my first opk on Day 10 was negative, Day 11, boldy positive, Day 12, negative, Day 13, very light test line so I'm taking it as a negative and Day 14, another bold positive. I'm testing at the same time each day.

​Now I have read numerous conflicting articles... Yes, you can ovulate more than once each cycle and no, you can't. Also I know thatLH surges don't neccesarily mean ovulation either.
​
​I guess I'm just a tad bit confused with all these surges! How should I know when I'm actually ovulating? The temperature method does not work with me and Clomid seems to affect my CM. So my only hope are these opk's but they're not really helping me right now.
