Leukorrhea?

Im 9 wks pregnant. I don't know why but I have been getting very wet lately, more so then I usually do, with also a great deal of vaginal discharge. I've been having to change my panties several times a day, and I have started to wear pads in my underwear. My discharge is clearish white with blotches of solid white in it, and it's very stretchy, with a mild odor to it. I know that in early pregnancy it is normal for my body to have an increase of CM, which could explain my wetness. I also thought it could be my normal CM mixed with my boyfriends semen after we have sex. A friend suggested that I might have, or it might be leukorrhea. What exactly is leukorrhea, and why would I be having it. I am not in any pain, I just find it to be uncomfortable, and a nuisance to have to change my panties and/or pad constantly. Should I see my doctor?

Sounds normal. I had a ton of cm last pregnancy and this one and I'm only 9 weeks. My undies get soaked too.

Ok, ok... My boyfriend and I have already had unprotected sex today 3 times, most likely it will be 4 before we go to sleep, he ejaculated inside me all 3 times and he does tend to be a very heavy cumer. Usually a little while after he finishes inside me I do have a vaginal discharge of, I suppose?, myself and his semen, kind of slippery off-white cloudy in color, no strong odor, just the normal 'just had sex smell'. As I have mentioned I am now 9 wks pregnant and I have been noticing an increase in my CM, I think is normal and to be expected throughout my pregnancy. The difference Im experiencing now is a  ven larger increase of my CM and it's become cloudy white and smells kind of like semen, a little bit fishy. Neither my bfriend or I have any STD's. I'm just wondering if it might be leukorrhea or bacterial vaginitis, or just his semen? Poor little spermies

The amount of discharge may increase due tovaginal infection or STDs, and also it may disappear and reappear from time to time, this discharge can keep occurring for years in which case it becomes more yellow and foul-smelling; it is usually a non-pathological symptom secondary to inflammatoryconditions of vagina or cervix.
Vaginal discharge is not abnormal, and causes of change in discharge include infection, malignancy, and hormonal changes. It sometimes occurs before a girl has her first period, and is considered a sign of puberty.

I don't know what leukorrhea is either but i know that cm increase in pregnancy is normal. I still have it and am 20 weeks now. 
​If it change color and starts to itch then go see a doctor. And if u are not sure about it go see a doctor. But it sounds normal to me ?
