He doesn't need to know he betrayed u to the max because he already knows! You need to ask him why he would do something like that to you, he can turn around and tell u it was u not him just for denial reasons not to be caught out there! Well I know if it were me there would be a session of "grit ball" lol.. Ur body is pressious to u as a woman and for a man to do something like that causes stress and problems...

Medicine you can get from the doctor is much better than home remedies, so go get checked out. Just come out and tell him. He needs to know. It is possible he doesn't even know he has it because not all men who have it show symptoms.

No there is no cure for that it's only a treatment for it to go into remission. You have to sit him down and brace yourself be calm and let him know that he has given and then leave him alone.
